QUESTION: May Attorney canvas neighborhoods to tell people of Attorney´s private practice?
ANSWER: Attorney may not make personal contact with people to tell them about Attorney’s private practice. Attorney may not have anyone else do so on Attorney’s behalf. Attorney, or someone else, may distribute written materials as long as no personal contact is made. Anyone wishing to speak about Attorney’s services when the written materials are distributed should be told to call Attorney’s office.
