Communication of Fields of Practice and Specialization
QUESTION: May Attorney designate Attorney’s field of practice on Attorney’s business card? Attorney would like to designate which group that Attorney works in within a very large firm.
ANSWER: It is permissible for Attorney to identify that Attorney is a part of that group on Attorney’s business card, as long as the layout does not make it appear that this group is separate from the firm.
